Welcome to All American Magic. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of allamericanmagic.com (the “Site”) and your purchases from our shop and box office. By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site — though we’d be sad to see you go.
1. Who we are
All American Magic operates a live magic theater and magic shop at 1037 Lloyd Center, Portland, OR 97232, and sells magic products and show tickets through this Site. You can reach us at (503) 995-7379.
2. Merchandise — all sales are final
When you buy a magic trick, you are buying a secret. You can’t give the secret back. For that reason, all merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on change of mind, difficulty of the effect, or because you expected a different method.
Faulty products: if an item arrives defective, damaged, or missing components, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will exchange it for the same item. We may ask for photos or return of the faulty item before shipping the replacement.
Pricing errors: we work hard to keep prices accurate across thousands of products. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or synchronization error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Shipping and pickup
Orders may be shipped directly to you or made available for free pickup at our shop. Some shipped items are fulfilled directly by our supplier’s warehouse; delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. For pickup orders: items in stock at our shop are typically ready the same day, and we’ll email you when items that must be ordered in have arrived. Pickup orders not collected within 30 days of the ready-for-pickup notice may be restocked, with the purchase refunded as store credit.
4. Show tickets
Exchanges, not refunds. Ticket sales are final, but we’re flexible: you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same show, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before your original showtime. Contact the box office at (503) 995-7379 to arrange an exchange.
If we cancel or reschedule: if a performance is cancelled or rescheduled by us, you may choose a full refund (including all service fees) or an exchange to another performance.
Service fees shown during checkout are part of the ticket price and are refunded only when we cancel or reschedule a performance.
Admission: your ticket’s QR code admits one person, once. Keep it private — anyone presenting your code first will be admitted. Lost tickets can be re-sent to the purchaser’s email. Late arrivals will be seated at our discretion at a suitable break in the performance.
At the theater: we reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person for disruptive behavior, without refund. Recording of performances is not permitted — the magicians are protective of their secrets, and so are we.
5. Accounts
You’re responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information — ticket and order confirmations go to the email you give us.
6. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, and branding belong to All American Magic or its licensors. Product names and images belong to their respective manufacturers. Don’t reuse them without permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and its contents are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, All American Magic disclaims warranties of any kind and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or attendance at our events. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or ticket giving rise to the claim. Magic props are intended for entertainment; use them as directed and supervise children with small parts.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
